Warranty Policy:

All of our manufactured parts come with a 1-year warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship. If a manufacturing defect is identified within the first year, we will come to your location or coordinate with a local shop in your area to resolve the issue at no cost to you. After the 1-year warranty period, we continue to prioritize customer satisfaction. In most cases, we ask that you bring the trailer to our shop for repairs or we will work with a trusted local shop near you to address any concerns.

Third-Party Parts: Any third-party parts installed on your trailer are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. We are not responsible for defects or issues arising from these parts, but we can assist you with filing warranty claims through the appropriate manufacturer.

Maintenance: The trailer's wheels, tires, brakes, and suspension are not manufactured by use and have their own warranty with their respective manufacturer. Although, we have the knowledge and capabilities to help maintain and repair wheels, tires, brakes, and suspension. Failure to follow the recommended maintenance schedule for the trailer’s wheels, tires, brakes, and suspension can cause long-term damage and void the warranty. These issues are typically evident to repair shops during inspections.

Conditions That Void the Warranty:

    1. Abuse: Using the trailer for activities that go beyond normal use, such as racing, reckless driving, or towing loads beyond its capacity, will void the warranty.

    2. Modifications: Adding aftermarket parts or making modifications that compromise the structural integrity or safety of the trailer will void the warranty.

    3. Natural Disasters: Damage caused by natural disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, fires, or tornadoes, is not covered under the warranty and will result in its voiding.

    4. Salvage Title: If the trailer is declared a total loss by an insurance provider and given a salvage title, the warranty will be void.

Our warranty policy is designed to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality service and support while maintaining the safety and durability of our trailers.
